BtcTurk FAST Deposit Not Credited And Withdrawal Blocked

On 10.12.2025 at 19:00 and 19:01, I made two separate FAST transactions from my Enpara account to my BtcTurk account in the amounts of ₺555 and ₺1,681, for a total of ₺2,236. The receipt number for one of these transactions is 202512100406806. Despite the hours that have passed, these amounts have not been credited to my BtcTurk account.

Additionally, when I wanted to withdraw the ₺7,527 balance that was already available in my BtcTurk account due to the loss of trust caused by this issue, I have not been able to receive withdrawal approval since 20:00 and I am constantly being directed to a video call. Although the app displays warnings stating that I need to update it, I cannot connect to the video call, I cannot complete the transaction, and I have been struggling with this process since the morning.

When I contacted live support, I was only told that “we will get back to you” and no concrete solution was offered. I am experiencing serious victimization and loss of trust because the ₺2,236 I deposited has not been credited to my account and I am unable to withdraw my existing balance.

I request that BtcTurk immediately credits the ₺555 and ₺1,681 FAST transfers I made via Enpara to my BtcTurk account in full, and urgently removes all obstacles preventing me from withdrawing my entire balance, including the ₺7,527 currently in my account, smoothly and in line with my instructions.
