eFootball Account Inaccessible After Update - Game Data Needs Recovery

I was using my eFootball account on an Android mobile device, and my in‑game username is “Emmy”. During the process of upgrading the app yesterday, I suddenly lost access to my account. I can no longer log in at all, and I also do not have access to the email address linked to the Konami account or the account password. Because of this issue, I have been completely unable to enter my eFootball account since yesterday. All of my game data and progress are tied to this account, and I do not want to lose anything I have built up so far. I kindly request that my existing eFootball game data linked to the account be transferred to a new account or another login method that I can access, so that I can continue playing with my original progress. I would like Konami to help me recover or transfer my data as soon as possible.
