Monster Tulpar T7 Screen Came Loose After Paid Repair



I am using a Monster Tulpar T7 laptop, and I had the screen replaced at Monster Bilgisayar in Istanbul on December 8, 2025. I paid $140 USD for this screen replacement. However, after the paid repair, the screen later came out of its place, which clearly shows that the repair was not carried out properly.
I have official documentation for this service, and the relevant service/invoice number is KAR1125160657. Since I paid a high amount for the screen replacement and the issue is directly related to the quality of the service provided, I do not accept this situation.
I request a full refund of the $140 USD I paid for the screen replacement, as the screen came loose after the repair and I did not receive proper service in return for the amount charged. I kindly ask that my case be reviewed based on the service record and that my refund be processed as soon as possible.
