I brought my Monster laptop to the service center in December 2024 because of liquid damage. I was told that I would need to replace the entire keyboard assembly. Once I gave the go-ahead for the repair, they later informed me that the required spare part was not available in stock. I was promised that they would place the order, but here we are at the end of March, and I've been left waiting for three months without any updates. Whenever I reach out to customer service, the replies I get are unclear and lack a specific timeline. I get that waiting for parts can be a lengthy process, but three months without any resolution seems quite unreasonable. I was hoping for improved communication and a more streamlined service process. This delay has really disappointed me, and I wish I hadn't relied on Monster for the repair.
