Asus Laptop Issues with Repairing

On December 26, 2023, I handed over my Asus laptop to Kartal KVK technical service, citing issues with the power button's lack of contact and damage to an internal screw. Upon checking their website's inquiry screen, I discovered a one-week waiting period for spare parts. The part has since arrived, but I've been waiting for its replacement for the past two weeks. Despite repeated calls to the service, they consistently assure me of updates, yet there has been no noticeable improvement.
