I placed an order for food through the website, and without my knowledge or permission, the amount of 1,990 Turkish Lira was taken out of my bank account using the Moneypay online payment system. After I called the bank, the representative there informed me that a copy of my credit card had been made. Because they failed to send any confirmation message, which indicates a security vulnerability within the bank, I have reason to believe that Garanti BBVA is to blame for this fraudulent transaction. Because the bank improperly handled my money, I am requesting a refund from them. Because of a flaw in Moneypay's security, an unauthorized withdrawal was made from my account.
