KFC Order Marked As Delivered But I Didn't Receive It and I Request a Refund
On August 24, 2024, I ordered a menu order for ₺230, which is shown as delivered, but I have not received the product. When I call, the answering machine says that the number called does not match the number ordered, which is a complete lie. I have sent numerous letters and support requests via the app and website, but still no response. I want my refund! Otherwise, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights. I have proof of non-delivery.
