I purchased a one-week subscription in the Moboreels app today via Google Play Egypt for $24.99. I bought this subscription specifically for accessing stories, and I honestly believed that this subscription would cover both short dramas and stories together. Only after paying did I discover that stories and short dramas require separate subscriptions, which is not what I intended or understood at the time of purchase. Because the subscription does not match my expectations and I cannot use it in the way I thought, I am requesting a full refund of the $24.99 for this one-week subscription. I have already tried reaching Moboreels support by emailing customerservice@*****.cn and****[email protected], but I have not received any response. I also attempted to contact support through the in‑app assistant, but the bot keeps repeating my issue and does not provide any solution. Since I could not get any help from the developer, I am turning to you so that my payment can be refunded as soon as possible. I kindly ask that this subscription be cancelled and the full amount refunded, as I was not clearly informed that stories and short dramas require separate subscriptions.
