Kalos TV Google Play Unauthorized Charge

I discovered that on my Google Play account a Kalos TV Film Package / Kalos TV Short Dramas Reels subscription was defined without my permission under the name “Standart Gear 99 Dolar Kalos TV Short Dramas Reels”. I did not give any approval or consent for this transaction and I only realized it about one and a half months ago. The package was opened as a 1‑year subscription and reflected to me as approximately ₺4,200. On the same day I noticed this unauthorized subscription, I immediately canceled the Kalos TV subscription and also canceled my card to prevent further withdrawals. Despite canceling the subscription on the same day and not using this service voluntarily, no refund has been made to my card so far. I request that the unauthorized Kalos TV Film Package / Short Dramas Reels subscription opened via my Google Play account be canceled as of the first day, and that the entire amount collected from me for this transaction be refunded to my card as soon as possible.
