My Mobile Legends Diamonds Not Delivered After Payment

On November 18, 2025, at around 18:46, I purchased 570 diamonds in Mobile Legends through Google Play and paid $8. However, the diamonds were never added to my account, and I did not receive any error message. I have experienced a similar issue once before.

I am requesting a refund for this purchase. The transaction was made using my in-game ID 1689839294 (4478) on my Xiaomi Note 10 device in Mersin. Unfortunately, I was unable to save the order or transaction number.

I kindly request that the refund be processed as soon as possible.
