Mobile Legends Star Membership Card Became Unusable After Duplicate Purchase

On August 29, 2025, I purchased the August Star Membership Card in Mobile Legends Bang Bang for ₺245 through my iPhone. However, due to a mistake, I accidentally activated a second card, and as a result, my existing membership card became completely unusable. Instead of extending the benefits or stacking them, the game system essentially canceled out my current membership.
My game account ID is 1681240476. At this point, I cannot access any of the benefits that the Star Membership Card is supposed to provide, which means I paid but received nothing in return. Essentially, my membership card has been wasted.
I am requesting that my Star Membership Card be reactivated for the month of September so that I can actually use the service I paid for. Customers should not lose access to paid memberships due to system flaws that do not properly handle duplicate activations.
I expect Mobile Legends to resolve this issue quickly and restore the full benefits of my membership without forcing me to pay again.
