I’ve been dealing with a serious matchmaking problem in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang’s ranked mode for a long time. Over the past few months, my team keeps getting matched with new players who have very little experience — some with as few as 76 total matches. This issue significantly affects gameplay performance and takes away the fun of the game. The problem has been ongoing for months.
Despite the fact that I purchase the Star Membership every month and regularly buy diamonds, nothing has been done to fix this issue.
I’ve contacted in-game support and used the feedback/complaint feature several times, but I haven’t received a single response, and the problem still hasn’t been resolved.
