Mobile Legends Compensation Reward Never Arrived on My Account

In Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, when I logged into the game approximately 4 days ago using my account named “kaldırım taşı,” I never received the compensation reward that was supposed to be given. The reward that was promised in exchange for logging into the game was never credited to my account.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted customer support through the in-game support section and filled out the required form. However, up to this point, no reward has been added to my account. This situation negatively affected my enjoyment of the game and caused frustration and inconvenience.

My expectation is that the missing compensation reward be fully and correctly credited to my account as soon as possible.
