Mobile Legends Matchmaking Gives Me Inexperienced Teammates Every Game

I have been playing Mobile Legends since Season 6 and I am a player who has invested a significant amount of time and money into the game. Although I have reached the Mythic rank many times, I have recently been stuck in the Legend tier because of the current matchmaking system. When the system detects that I am a player who carries the team, it places very inexperienced players with around 200 matches and weak game knowledge on my team. Even though I consistently deliver performances rated 8–9–10, dominate my lane, and do everything I can to help the team win, we still lose because of the mistakes of teammates who lack game knowledge. Almost every time, I end up as the “MVP of the Losing Team.” This situation has completely destroyed my enjoyment of the game and has started to affect me psychologically.

I contacted your official email address (m****************@moonton.com), but I received a response stating that support is only provided to U.S. citizens and that other players must use the in-game bot support system. However, it is widely known among the player community that the in-game bot support system is ineffective. If the expectation is that I should carry the game, then the system should place players of equal skill both on my team and on the opposing team. I do not want to be a test subject for a system often referred to in academic studies as “EOMM,” which is claimed to be designed to increase player dependency. I request that Mobile Legends management revise the matchmaking system so that it is based on real performance and experience, and that complaints be reviewed by real people rather than automated systems.
