I am a long-time Mobile Legends player who is currently in the Legend tier. Since the beginning of this season in particular, I have been experiencing an extremely unfair matchmaking system in ranked mode. In nearly every match I play, the system forms my team in a highly unbalanced way. Even though I am in the Legend tier, I am often matched with players who have just started the game and who do not even understand the basic mechanics or the map. Because of this, I end up finishing most matches as the “MVP of the losing team.”
Losing constantly in this way has completely ruined the enjoyment of the game and the account I have invested so much time into for a long time. While the opposing team usually consists of more experienced, coordinated players, my team is often filled with players who have very little experience. This completely removes the competitive spirit of ranked mode and makes ranking up almost impossible.
What I expect from Mobile Legends management is for the matchmaking system to be urgently restructured. Players should be matched not only based on their rank but also according to their total number of matches and overall gameplay experience so that teams and opponents are more fairly balanced. I request that this unbalanced system, which ruins the game experience for long-time players, be fixed and that a more balanced and fair ranked match experience be provided.
