Purchased Weekly Diamonds in Mobile Legends But Didn’t Receive Them
I purchased a weekly diamond package in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang through Epindigal. The payment went through successfully, and the money was deducted from my account, but the diamonds were never delivered to my game account. I made the purchase three days ago using my Infinix phone. There were no error messages during the process — everything appeared normal.
I don’t have an order number, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I haven’t yet contacted customer support, but I expect my missing diamonds to be added to my account as soon as possible.
