Mobile Legends Diamond Purchase Delay – Payment Taken, No Delivery Yet

On November 6, 2025, I made a payment of approximately $13 through the Yakamozspin website to purchase diamonds for my Mobile Legends: Bang Bang account. I completed the payment via bank transfer and provided my user ID 1289368426 (4388) during the transaction. However, nearly two days have passed, and the diamonds have still not been credited to my account.
I attempted to contact Yakamozspin customer service for assistance, but I have not received any response. I have experienced a similar issue in the past, and the fact that this problem has occurred again has caused me further frustration.
I am requesting that the diamonds corresponding to my payment be immediately credited to my account and that my grievance be resolved promptly.
