Dretepin Ignored My Support Request After Failed Mobile Legends Payment

On October 20, 2025, I made a bank transfer payment of ₺890 through Dretepin for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang game. However, after completing the transaction, the payment was never credited to my account. I reached out to live support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or assistance.

This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem. I have the payment receipt as proof of the transaction. I request that either the payment be credited to my account or the amount be refunded immediately. I kindly ask for my issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
