I Face Unfair Chat Ban in Mobile Legends Despite Not Using Offensive Language

On October 18, 2025, at 8:43 p.m., my Mobile Legends account was penalized for “inappropriate chat” and “refusing to play as a team.” My account details are: Banshee☆ミ, ID: 1941772252 (4535).

I understand the penalty for refusing to cooperate with the team; however, my main concern is the punishment I received for “inappropriate chat.” During the match, the only phrase I used was “Allah’ın cezası,” which, while not a polite expression, was not meant as an insult or profanity. Despite this, I received a two-day ban along with a 14-match chat restriction, credit score loss, SP limit reduction, and bonus deductions — all of which applied across every game mode.

This isn’t the first time I’ve been punished for using a non-offensive phrase. Previously, I was muted for something similar, even though I hadn’t used any foul language. Moreover, in another match where I played Lesley in Classic Mode, I was verbally abused by another player. I reported them, but they only received a light penalty — a two-match, eight-hour restriction. It feels deeply unfair that I received a severe punishment for a harmless phrase while someone who verbally harassed me was barely penalized.

I contacted the in-game customer support, but I haven’t received any response. I request that my penalty be lifted or at least reviewed, and that the player who verbally insulted me receive a more appropriate punishment.
