I received a 2-day, 14-match chat ban in Mobile Legends yesterday without doing anything wrong. I didn’t insult anyone, use abusive language, or break any rules—yet I was still punished as if I had. It feels completely unjust and demoralizing.
This kind of automated or baseless penalty system pushes loyal players like me away. I’ve been playing and supporting this game for a long time, but situations like this make me seriously consider quitting altogether.
Mobile Legends, you need to review and fix your reporting and punishment system. Innocent players should not be silenced or penalized without reason.
