On August 1, 2025, at 20:17, during a ranked match (battle code: 436019871848657326), one of my teammates opened their microphone and repeatedly insulted and cursed at me and the team throughout the game. I responded in chat by warning them with messages like “Speak properly, what kind of language is that?” and, after the match, I reported two players, clearly stating in the description that they used abusive language via microphone.
However, instead of any action being taken against the offenders, I received a 4-hour / 2-match chat ban simply for my written warnings. The severe verbal abuse through voice chat was completely ignored, and only my text messages were considered.
This is not the first time I have experienced this—previously, I was also banned for similar warnings like “Speak properly.” Even though I reported it to customer service before, no fair resolution or follow-up was provided. This time, I did not contact support again because I have lost trust in the system’s fairness.
I demand that Mobile Legends review this incident, punish the players who used voice chat to insult others, and take the necessary measures to ensure that verbal abuse over the microphone is also tracked and penalized. The ban system must be applied fairly, considering both text and voice communication violations.
