Mobile Legends Support Failed to Act on Abuse Report

On November 16, 2025, at around 09:55, I was subjected to severe verbal insults and profanity by another player during voice chat in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. In the hero selection screen, the EXP player chose Hanabi, and because of that, this person began insulting another player’s mother. When I asked why he was behaving this way, he then started insulting me and my mother as well. During the match, he continued verbally harassing me, and I had to leave the game because of it.

To document the situation, I was only able to capture the player’s profile picture, since all the insults happened through voice chat and there is no written proof or screenshots. I also have photos showing the match information and the names of my teammates. Even though I reported the incident through the in-game support system, no action was taken and my complaint was left unresolved. I also observed that the offending player did not receive any penalty.

I believe such behavior negatively affects the gaming community, and I don’t want this to happen again. My in-game username/ID is 1629549685 (4463). I request that the offending player be permanently suspended or, at the very least, that I receive an apology.
I urgently request a response and a proper resolution.
