Mobile Legends Refund Problem on iPhone — All Heroes and Skins Deleted After Refund
While playing Mobile Legends on my iPhone 13, I accidentally made a purchase and requested a refund on the same day. The refund amount has not yet been credited to my bank, but the main issue is that during this process, all my heroes and skins were deleted from my account. Not only the items related to the refunded purchase, but every hero and skin I had earned or unlocked over time without spending money are now completely gone. Currently, there are no heroes or skins in my account, making the game unplayable.
When I tried to reach the in-game support system, I only received automated responses, and I couldn’t find a solution to my problem. I have never requested a refund before — this is the first time. I can understand the removal of items from the refunded purchase, but I cannot accept losing all the progress and content I earned through effort.
Moreover, if the purchase had already been approved, why was my entire account content deleted even though you didn’t keep my payment? I expect a logical explanation for this situation.
I request that my account be restored to its original state, with only the refunded items removed, and that all my previously owned heroes and skins be reinstated. I will provide the necessary screenshots and receipts as evidence.
