I purchased a pair of Miu Miu sunglasses from Beymen at İzmir İstinyePark, expecting top-tier quality for the premium price I paid. Unfortunately, the product didn’t even last six months. The arm of the sunglasses literally melted—yes, melted—within just a few months of use. I treat my accessories with care, so this kind of wear is completely unacceptable, especially for a luxury brand like Miu Miu.
When I returned the product for inspection, the store didn’t even consult me. They simply sent it off for repair without asking whether I preferred a replacement. This is not how you treat loyal customers, especially when the defect clearly points to a manufacturing or material issue. A premium brand should stand behind its products, not patch them up quietly and hope customers go away.
I demand that Miu Miu and Beymen take full responsibility and provide me with a brand-new replacement. If the arm melted in three months, what would happen in six? I expect better from both the product and the service behind it.
