Mitsubishi SRK50ZSW Air Conditioner Fails to Cool Room Despite All-Day Use
In 2024, I purchased a Mitsubishi SRK50ZSW model air conditioner from the CLK Klima dealer in Başakşehir, Istanbul, for approximately $1,641. Ever since the day we bought it, despite running all day set at 18°C (64°F), it does not adequately cool the room, and we are definitely not getting the performance we expected.
Following this issue, we contacted authorized service. A technician came to inspect the unit, but claimed this level of cooling was normal and left without taking any action. Despite their claim, we clearly see in our daily use that the room temperature does not drop, and the product's performance falls far short of our expectations and the price we paid. A service record was created for this product under ticket number ysl 117913866, and we have also purchased an extended warranty.
For all these reasons, I demand that my Mitsubishi SRK50ZSW air conditioner—which fails to provide adequate cooling—be re-inspected, deemed a defective product, and replaced with a new unit.
