My Trendyol Swimsuit Arrived Without Hygiene Seal

I recently purchased a swimsuit from Medipek, a seller on Trendyol, which I received on June 21st. The product arrived without a hygiene protection seal or tag, simply placed in a clear plastic bag. I had to open the bag to inspect the item. Upon noticing that the size seemed small, I requested a return.

However, the seller didn't even bother to respond. When I explained the situation to Trendyol's assistant, the company's excuse was that they don't accept returns on hygiene products. But as a customer, how am I supposed to know if a product sent without a hygiene seal and tag hasn't been used before?

Trendyol is too big a company to continue working with sellers like this. I urgently request that appropriate action be taken in this matter.
