Missha Peripera Products Had Poor Pigmentation and Lasting Power
Approximately one month ago, I purchased the Peripera ALL Take Mood Palette 006 (Five Different Textures) eyeshadow palette, the Peripera Ink Mood Glowy Foam Tint ND02, and the Peripera Ink Lasting Tint 11 Hip Rose from the Missha online store. After I started using the products, I noticed serious performance issues with both the eyeshadow palette and the lip tints.
No matter which makeup brush I used, the eyeshadow palette transferred almost no product onto the brush. Because the pigments did not adhere properly, it was extremely difficult to apply the colors evenly to my eyelids, and the palette failed to deliver the expected color payoff.
I was also disappointed with the performance of both lip tints. Shortly after application, the color faded almost completely from my lips and did not provide the long-lasting wear that was advertised or expected. In addition, the texture felt more like a cream than a long-lasting lip tint and left an unpleasant feeling on my lips.
Because I am not satisfied with the quality or performance of these products, I respectfully request that Missha either accept them for a refund or replace them with new products that perform as expected and are free from these issues. I would appreciate it if my complaint could be reviewed promptly and if I could receive a fair resolution as soon as possible.
