Missha Sheet Mask Caused Burning and Possible Chemical Burn on My Face

I bought a Missha potato sheet mask from a Primor store in Córdoba, Spain, and when I used it on 22/11/2026, my skin started burning within the first minute. I immediately removed the mask, but it caused a strong reaction and badly damaged my skin, leaving what appears to be a chemical burn. Since that day, months have passed, and my skin has still not recovered. The texture has changed significantly, with bumps and persistent irritation, and I have also developed rosacea. I have received medical diagnosis and treatment for this condition, which confirms that the product caused serious harm to my skin. I have not contacted Missha or Primor customer service before this, but I am now filing this complaint because the impact on my skin has been long-lasting and very distressing. I no longer have the packaging, batch number, or expiry date, but the product was purchased as a regular retail item at Primor in Córdoba. I request that this incident be taken seriously and that a detailed investigation be carried out into this Missha potato sheet mask, including its formulation, safety, and the specific batch sold at Primor in Córdoba. I expect a clear explanation about how such a reaction could occur and what measures will be taken to prevent similar harm to other customers.
