Missha Choboyang BB Cream Packaging Is Peeling Off

I have been using the Missha Choboyang BB Cream No. 17 for a long time and have always loved the product without ever experiencing any problems. However, I recently encountered a serious packaging issue with the product I purchased from the Missha Sur Yapı store in Bursa.

The product’s outer packaging started peeling some time ago, and for approximately a month now, pieces of the packaging have been getting onto my hands and then onto my skin while I apply my makeup. This is both uncomfortable from a hygiene standpoint and frustrating because it affects my makeup and significantly reduces the overall convenience of using the product. I never experienced anything like this with my previous Choboyang BB Cream products, so I believe there may be a manufacturing defect with the packaging of the product I purchased most recently.

I kindly request that Missha offer an appropriate solution to resolve this issue, such as replacing the product, providing a refund, or offering another solution that you consider appropriate.
