Clinique Cheek Pop Blush Pan Came Loose After Two Months

I have been using the Clinique Cheek Pop Cola Pop blush for approximately two to three months and have always carried it carefully and securely in its original outer packaging. Despite this, the blush pan has separated from its base. There were no drops or impacts, but because the pan has detached from the compact, using the product has become extremely difficult and frustrating.

I am used to seeing this type of packaging problem with low-quality, inexpensive cosmetic products, but I was genuinely disappointed to encounter an issue like this with a high-end brand such as Clinique.

I request that the product be replaced with a new one or that the amount I paid through Hepsiburada be refunded. I hope this packaging issue will be taken seriously and that my problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
