Miniso Ships Dirty, Unpackaged Sanrio Cinnamoroll Display Pillow

On June 21, I purchased the Sanrio Licensed Cinnamoroll Pillow 53 cm – Ultra Soft Decorative item through Miniso's website. The product arrived on June 24, but when I opened the shipping package, I found that the pillow was delivered without its original packaging or tags and had minor dirt marks. For this reason, I believe the item sent to me was a floor display model.

Expecting a brand-new, clean item when ordering a pillow, I was deeply disappointed to receive an unpackaged and dirty product. Even after wiping it down several times, the stain is still there.

I demand that Miniso exercise greater care regarding the condition of the products it ships to customers, provide an explanation for this situation, and issue an official apology.
