On January 12, I received an order from MinexPartner, and the product arrived with a serious defect — the right side does not function properly. In addition, the fabric quality is extremely poor and nothing like what I expected. I am very disappointed because this is the first time I have experienced such an issue after previously shopping with MinexPartner without problems.
I immediately requested a product exchange, as the current item is unusable. A customer should not have to deal with such low-quality materials or faulty stitching when ordering new clothing. I believe this issue should also be reported to the relevant consumer authorities, since it reflects poor quality control and misleading product standards.
