Wrong Coins Sent to My MEXC Account Repeatedly – Need Resolution
I am a MEXC Exchange user with UID 31600975, and I am constantly receiving the wrong coins in my account. This has happened dozens of times, and each time, I am asked to return the coins through MEXC customer service. This issue has made me hesitant to deposit funds into my account as it feels unreliable and unprofessional.
According to the platform’s terms of use, wrongly transferred coins cannot be refunded or requested back. Despite this, MEXC repeatedly asks me to handle the refunds, which is unacceptable. I want this issue resolved so I can confidently use my account and make deposits without concerns. If funds are misplaced, MEXC should manage the retrieval process independently. Please fix this ongoing problem urgently.
