Hello, today I purchased Minecraft for ₺509, but although the money was deducted from my account, the site showed an error, and I never received the game.
This was my last money, and I am desperate for a resolution. I need urgent assistance to either get my Minecraft access or receive a full refund. I have already paid, and it is completely unfair that I cannot access the game I purchased.
