Hello, I’m writing to report a serious issue with my recent Robux purchase on Roblox. I attempted to buy 500 Robux through the desktop version of the platform, and although the system showed an error saying “something went wrong,” the money was still deducted from my card. However, no Robux were added to my account.

I’ve already contacted the Roblox support team, provided all the necessary screenshots of my username and transaction details, and explained the issue clearly. But it’s been days with no response, and I’m still left empty-handed.

This is unacceptable—users should not have to chase down their purchases, especially after being charged immediately. I spent around ₺150 for this purchase, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored while my money is taken without delivering the product.

Roblox, I’m asking for an urgent resolution. Either credit the 500 Robux to my account immediately or issue a full refund. This type of service damages trust in your platform, especially among younger players and parents. Please act fast and fix this.
