Bought a PUBG Account for ₺300 – Can’t Log In, Need a Refund

I purchased a PUBG account for ₺300, but I can’t log in to the account at all. Since I cannot access what I paid for, I want a full refund immediately.

I have tried multiple times to log in, but it doesn’t work. I am now forced to request a refund, yet I have received no response. If I don’t get my money back, I will spend it elsewhere, like on Brawl Stars’ Brawl Pass, and I will have no choice but to file a complaint.

Please process my refund now! I paid for something I cannot use, and it’s unacceptable to ignore customers after taking their money. Fix this issue immediately!
