Minecraft Blamed Me For Using Mods Instead of Fixing My Minecraft Java Issues

Since Minecraft first came out, I've bought it three times, and the fact that the Java version hasn't been supported has been very annoying. Even though I've sent multiple support tickets about problems that are preventing me from playing, all I've gotten are general answers that don't even begin to address the issue. They blamed me for "breaking" the game as soon as I said I was trying third-party mods to make it run better, especially since it doesn't run well on my PC anymore. It was just that I wanted to get the game I PAID FOR to work, but they were ineffective. I'm done with the email chain that went back and forth more than a dozen times. Mojang's refusal to deal with the real problems is upsetting.
