Valorant Banned My Account for Third-Party Software Even Though I Haven’t Logged In

It's honestly mind-blowing that my Valorant account, which I haven't logged into in years, got banned for supposedly using third-party software. I’ve submitted three support tickets already, but the problem is still not fixed. It’s honestly ridiculous that there’s no software like that on my computer, or even linked to my account. Why would I cheat on an account where I've actually spent money? That just doesn't make sense. This doesn’t add up at all. I could just make a new account or level one up instead. I want to see this resolved, but honestly, this whole process has just been super frustrating so far. I just want my account restored and for this issue to be taken seriously.
