My Roblox Account Was Banned Twice For Cheating

I am absolutely outraged with Roblox! My account has been banned for cheating, even though I haven't used cheats. To add insult to injury, when I try to create a support ticket, I'm hit with a ridiculous message saying I can't because my account is banned. This is a Catch-22 that makes it impossible to get help!

I admit, I did use cheats once before, about a week ago, so I understand that initial ban. But I haven't used any cheats since then, and now I've been banned again. This is completely unfair. Roblox is clearly issuing bans without proper investigation or a clear understanding of user activity. It feels like I'm being perpetually punished for a past mistake, even after trying to play legitimately.

Roblox, you need to rectify this immediately. Unban my account and implement a fair system that distinguishes between past and present behavior. Your support system is broken if it prevents banned users from even submitting a plea.
