I purchased a Milwaukee product that was sold with a lifetime warranty and promises of no issues. However, the product malfunctioned, and after sending it for repair, it took weeks to return. Shockingly, the company claimed the problem was due to user error, essentially dismissing my claim. This expensive product, costing several times more than similar market options, turned out to be worthless. Worse, Milwaukee’s customer service falls far short of what one would expect from such a reputable brand. I feel completely let down and demand that Milwaukee honor its warranty and provide the support promised at purchase. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.
