I purchased a Milwaukee reciprocating saw on May 9, 2024, based on recommendations and its reputation for durability. However, I had to send it to an authorized dealer on July 16, 2024, for repair. It has now been over two months, and I am still waiting for a replacement part. Despite Milwaukee's significantly higher prices compared to other brands, the service has been severely lacking. I chose this brand for its reliability, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. A premium-priced product should come with premium service, yet Milwaukee has failed to deliver. I urge Milwaukee to address this issue promptly and ensure that the part is sent immediately to resolve this ongoing problem.
