Milwaukee Nut Wrench Repair Delayed for Months, Warranty Not Honored
I purchased two Milwaukee nut wrenches, but both devices broke down on June 13, 2023. I sent them for repair, yet as of December 35, 2023, they still haven’t been fixed. To make matters worse, I’ve been told that the warranty no longer applies.
When I bought these tools, I was assured of a one-year unconditional warranty and an additional two years of standard warranty. However, now there’s no support or resolution for the issue. This delay and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I demand that Milwaukee honors the warranty they promised and resolves this issue immediately. Customers should not be left waiting for months without clear communication or proper service.
