Milwaukee Tool Service Delays for 8 Months – No Replacement or Resolution

I am very frustrated with Milwaukee's service. It has been 8 months since I sent my tool for repair, and I am still waiting for the necessary part to arrive. In the meantime, I’ve had to purchase tools from other brands to keep up with my work because Milwaukee has failed to provide a timely solution. I chose Milwaukee despite the higher price because of its reputation, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I feel like I wasted my money on a brand that doesn’t care about its customers. I will never buy Milwaukee tools again unless they resolve this issue immediately. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand an urgent solution to this problem.
