Milwaukee Torque Wrench Repair Denied Under Warranty
I recently faced a frustrating issue with my Milwaukee torque wrench. The tool's head broke due to wear and tear, and I sent it to the service center for repair. However, I was informed that worn-out parts are not covered under warranty. This response was disappointing and leaves me questioning the purpose of the warranty.
It's unreasonable to expect a tool to remain unused to avoid repair costs. If wear-and-tear parts are excluded, what exactly does the warranty cover? The repair process has become unnecessarily complicated and expensive, with service centers charging for issues that seem like standard warranty claims.
I urge Milwaukee to reassess its warranty policies and provide support for loyal customers like me. Tools are meant to be used, not shelved, and the warranty should reflect this reality.
