I ordered a dryer from Cevahir Enplus, and it was supposed to be delivered last week. I asked for it to be delivered after 7 p.m. on weekdays or after 2 p.m. on weekends, but the delivery was moved because the call center gave me an early appointment. It happens, but for the past week, we have called the call center about four times and the store twice, but we haven't heard anything about our machine. They keep saying they will call us back, but no one does. Frankly, their service isn't good enough for the brand they sell, so don't expect special treatment just because you're buying a Miele. Enplus's poor customer service has made me very angry. They haven't been able to tell me anything about my machine, so I don't know what to do.
