Today, I purchased 600 UC for PUBG Mobile through Midasbuy using the Vodafone bill payment method. Unfortunately, I mistakenly loaded the UC into the wrong account (ID: 515878) instead of my own account (ID: 516845).
The UC balance on the wrong account has not been used at all—it remains untouched. My transaction number is SG25090557U8MB09IW5EKX.
I immediately contacted PUBG Mobile customer service, but they did not provide any solution to fix the issue. This situation is extremely frustrating because the purchase was made correctly, but only the account ID was entered incorrectly.
I request that the UC be either transferred to my correct account (5168*45) or that I receive a full refund for the payment. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, as it is unfair for players to lose money and UC over a simple account entry mistake when the purchased items have not even been used.
