On September 2, 2025, at 23:51, I purchased a PUBG Mobile Royal Pass through Midasbuy using a bank transfer from my Ziraat Bankası account. I entered my own game ID correctly and without error. However, after the payment was completed, I discovered that the Royal Pass was delivered to a completely unrelated account — not mine.

There was no warning, error message, or notification during or after the transaction. The payment was deducted successfully, yet my account received nothing. I immediately reported the issue to Midasbuy, but I have not received any response so far.
This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and there have been no suspicious activities or security alerts on my PUBG account.
I urgently request that the Royal Pass be transferred to my own PUBG account (the correct ID I entered) and that this mistake be corrected as soon as possible.
