Midasbuy Took My Money but Didn’t Deliver UC for 3 Hours

I purchased UC through Midasbuy, and the amount was charged to my mobile bill—yet it’s been over 3 hours and I still haven’t received any UC in my PUBG Mobile account. This is completely unacceptable. If the payment was processed, then the UC should be delivered instantly, not hours later.
You’re taking people’s money and not fulfilling your end of the transaction. There’s no proper notification, no delay warning, and no working support system to resolve the issue. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and disrespectful to paying users.
My Player ID is: 5546*590**. I demand that my UC be added to my account immediately. If this issue isn’t resolved, I will not hesitate to file a complaint and take legal action. Don’t keep customers in the dark. Fix this now and stop creating unnecessary stress.
