Midasbuy Took Payment for 3850 UC but Didn’t Add It to My PUBG Account

I purchased 3850 UC through Midasbuy, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my card. However, the UC was never added to my PUBG Mobile account. This is the second time I’ve had this problem, and I’m beyond frustrated.

I expect a digital service to work smoothly—especially when we’re talking about real money. I paid, I provided my account details, and I even have my Player ID: 5121*82 and Order Code: kıvkozlıg. Yet here I am, with no UC and no support.

Midasbuy, either load the UC into my account immediately or refund my ₺. I’m done trusting your platform if you can’t deliver what was paid for. Fix this now, or I’ll make sure to escalate this everywhere I can.
