MidasBuy Didn’t Deliver UC or Refund After Missing Transfer Code in 5 Purchases
I recently made several UC purchases on MidasBuy via money transfer, and although I followed the steps for most, I accidentally forgot to include the transaction code in the description field for 5 of them. Despite this small error, I received no UC in my game account, and no refund has been issued either.
It’s unacceptable that MidasBuy offers no solution for something this common, especially when the transfers were made to the correct account. I've received no communication, no resolution, and no compensation for the ₺ I spent.
MidasBuy, I’m asking you to review those 5 transfers, match them to my account, and either credit the UC or refund my money immediately. This issue needs to be resolved without further delay.
